Flora
Flora holds a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification and has over 8 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, from new and regular lifters to semi-professional athletes.

In 2024, she earned her Master’s in Sports Science and Performance Coaching from the University of Stirling.

Bea
Beatrice holds a Level 3 Personal Training and a UK Athletics Running Coach qualification and has been coaching a diverse range of clients for 12 years (those new to training, experienced gym goers and age group athletes).

She transitioned to coaching from working as a rehab and sports focused chiropractor and earned a Master in Sport & Performance Psychology in 2023 that has expanded her coaching offerings further. 

Sej
Sej focuses on strength training 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 clients as a Sunday only coach at The Lifting Corner. She specifically programmes the PT sessions for the individual to align with their overall goals. Since qualifying she has thrived in personal training alongside an established career in marketing.

Eniko

As a NASM-certified Fitness Specialist, Eniko architects high-performance lifestyles by bridging the gap between elite aesthetic training and specialised recovery for sciatica and herniated disc management. Her coaching empowers clients to reclaim their 'Powerhouse' through bio-mechanically sound programming and pain-free movement patterns. Group Training & 1-1 Yoga

Our small group personal training program is a progressive approach that combines the personalised coaching typically found in one-to-one sessions with the added motivation and energy of a dynamic class setting.

Group PT: Mondays 5.30-6.20pm / £20 PAYG (max 5)

Mat Strength: Wednesdays 1.05-1.30pm / £12.50 PAYG or £10 for members (max 3)

1-1 Yoga is led by Ami, who can be found on the wellness tab.
